Applicable Scope:
Small Items:
For small items with an outer packaging girth ≤ 320cm and an actual weight ≤ 30kg, we will fully cover the shipping cost for orders over $500, delivering the product to your specified location.
- Please note: Some remote areas may not be eligible for this promotion. If the delivery address is in a remote area, additional shipping charges may apply. In such cases, we will contact you during order processing to confirm whether you accept the additional charges before proceeding with the shipment.
Large Items:
For oversized packages with an outer packaging girth > 320cm or an actual weight > 30kg, Jinlei will fully cover the head shipping cost for orders over $500. Final-mile shipping costs are to be borne by the customer, who can choose one of the following methods for final delivery:
- Warehouse Pickup Service:
Jinlei will strive to arrange head shipping to a warehouse close to the customer. For example, if the customer is located in California, USA, the goods will be delivered to a nearby warehouse in California after customs clearance, and the customer can choose to pick up the goods from the warehouse. - Logistics Company Delivery Service:
Jinlei can assist customers in connecting with logistics companies such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to complete final-mile delivery.
Additional Notes:
Jinlei typically collaborates with warehouses and logistics companies in major cities to ensure convenient and efficient transportation. For customers located in areas without Jinlei’s partnered warehouses or logistics companies nearby, we offer final-mile delivery assistance to help complete the shipping process after the goods arrive in the destination country.
Definition of Head Shipping and Final-Mile Delivery:
- Head Shipping: The primary transportation route from Jinlei’s factory to the destination country, including international logistics and customs clearance.
- Final-Mile Delivery: The delivery route from the warehouse in the destination country to the customer’s specified address.
Assistance in Connecting with Logistics Providers:
- We recommend reputable logistics companies such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL to ensure efficient and secure final-mile delivery.
- We can assist in contacting logistics companies and providing transportation details to simplify the delivery process.
Example Calculations:
- Order Amount: $500, small items, shipping fully covered.
- Order Amount: $500, large items, head shipping fully covered, final-mile delivery costs to be paid separately (quoted by local logistics providers).
